Genevieve and Kelsey have been best friends for 7 years and have always had a dream of starting up their own business together.

Genevieve and Kelsey have always had a passion for the wedding business, especially since Kelsey got married in 2022. They enjoyed planning her wedding so much and really missed it when it was all over. Since then they've ventured down the road of starting their own wedding coordinating business.

Genevieve and Kelsey enjoy DIY projects together and they both bring a different styles to the table. Genevieve specializes in rustic, boho inspired decor while Kelsey brings the full glam and modern aspects.

At Belles & Brides Wedding Co., our mission is to create an unforgettable wedding experience by offering exceptional day-of coordination services. With meticulous attention to detail and a personalized approach, we collaborate closely with the couple to understand their vision, desires, and preferences. We will work tirelessly to bring your dreams to life, overseeing the smooth flow of events and troubleshooting any unexpected challenges that may arise. Our goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free experience, ensuring that every aspect of the wedding day is flawlessly executed. We understand that wedding planning can be overwhelming, that's why we step in to handle all the behind-the-scenes work so that you can focus on what truly matters – cherishing precious moments and creating lasting memories.

What We Offer

Day-of Coordinating -

Full Day (10 hours)

Includes:

• Meeting 1 month before before the wedding, 2 additional meetings included if needed
  
• Create a wedding day timeline
• Follow up with vendors
• Assist with set up of ceremony & reception
• Coordinate entire wedding day
• Deal with any problems that arise
• Access to our fully stocked wedding day emergency kit

partial day (8 hours)

Includes:

• Meeting 1 month before the wedding
  
• Create a wedding day timeline
• Follow up with vendors
• Assist with set up of ceremony & reception
• Coordinate portion of the wedding day (up to 8 hours)
• Deal with any problems that arise

half Day (5 hours)

Includes:

• Meeting 1 month before the wedding
  
• Create a wedding day timeline
  
• Follow up with vendors
  
• Assist with set up of ceremony & reception
  
• Coordinate portion of the wedding day (up to 5 hours)
